Welcome to my world of pictures, stories and life as a new dad stumbling through fatherhood one step at a time.

The good news the kitchen has double ovens. That bad news is they were born the same year as me. (They're actually not as bad in person, I kind of like them except for the fact that I don't like the other yellow appliances. I've got a feeling these would stick out next to a stainless steel fridge.)

Our "Chocolate" Bathroom in the Master BR.

Any volunteers to help me strip this wallpaper from the stairway well?

Here is the other upstairs bedroom. You can also see a little 8x9 room with shelves if you look through the open door.

Stairwell entrance to go upstairs from the den.

Our side yard goes up to that fence.

This is the den, you can see the door going to the backyard and behind that wall where the lamp is is the kitchen.

Looking from the formal dining room into the formal living room and the front entrance.

This is the dining room now. But soon the wall that connects it with the kitchen will come down and it will be a gathering/keeping room to hang out in.

Our new, yet to be remodeled, kitchen

Well, I've been away from the computer for quite some time. The Bar Exam was not all that fun and it took me a little while to get back in the groove. Here are a few pics that were taken somewhat recently. I've got several more that will be up soon.

Lacy has really grown since my lasts posts. She is now crawling/scooting all over the place. She flips over from back to front and front to back all the time and is just a ball to be around. Also Katie and I just purchased a house in Germantown, TN and have started the process of moving. It's going to take a little while though. The house has quite a few cosmetic renovations to undergo, but we really like it and the neighborhood. We'll fully move into in after this semester is over in mid-May.

Our New house! Finally Lacy doesn't have to share her room with our office.

The minute I saw our new homes countertops I knew it was the one!
